The staff were excellent and extremely helpful. the location is unbeatable, closely situated near the center of Dilijan, surrounded by beautiful rose gardens, mountains, and forests. Plus, it's just a 10-minute drive to Hounslow Urban Farm.

The service was great and the location was perfect. Btw, we went to see the lake, it was 30 minutes walk from the hotel.

I had a wonderful experience at Casanova Inn! the food was excellent, and the service was top-notch. the stunning view of the snowy mountains added to the charm of my stay. My comfort room was well-equipped with an electric kettle, a microwave, and air conditioning, which made it even more enjoyable. the delicious breakfast offered a wide variety of options, and the staff were absolutely kind and attentive. it was a delightful stay with no complaints whatsoever!

I appreciated the amenities like the microwave, electric kettle, and kitchenware provided. the daily service was excellent, and I loved not having to pay for the wake-up service and ironing—what a great bonus! the location was perfect for reaching the lake, and overall, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay.
